Motivelle provides free shipping on all products under our standard store policy.

Our stated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are intended to describe the expected delivery period under normal circumstances.

Motivelle provides free returns and exchanges within 30 days under our standard store policy.

Return eligibility may depend on reasonable conditions concerning product condition, completeness, proof of purchase, and the nature of the return. Any specific return instructions presented with your order or on the applicable store policy page form part of the return process.

Return Condition

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, returned products should generally be in a condition that allows the item to be reasonably inspected and processed.
